No corrections have been published since launch. This log reflects our published corrections record only; it is not evidence that every figure is right. If you spot a figure you believe is wrong, the contact route above is open and active.
Editorial corrections (logged on this page): a quantitative figure was wrong, a source was misattributed, a date was wrong, a regulation was described inaccurately, a framing materially misled readers. We log these even when the underlying error was inherited from a primary source, because the page that ran the wrong figure is on us to correct.
Cosmetic corrections (not logged here): typography fixes, accessibility improvements, layout adjustments, framework upgrades. These are recorded in the project changelog but do not enter the editorial corrections log because no reader was misinformed.
